What is CBD?

CBD is becoming all the buzz and is one of the most exciting and promising compounds currently being studied by the medical and scientific communities worldwide. Cannabidiol better known as CBD, the second-most abundant cannabinoid molecule produced within the cannabis-Hemp plant. Tetrahydrocannabinol or THC is the main psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis, and causes the sensation of getting “high” that is often associated with marijuana. However, unlike THC, CBD is not psychoactive it is naturally non-intoxicating. Rest assured our CBD is tested and is 99.9% pure CBD with 0.001% THC. This quality makes CBD an appealing option for those who are looking for relief from pain, anxiety, depression, skin problems, for better overall health and wellbeing just to list a few. CBD is a natural remedy without the mind-altering effects of THC from marijuana or the long list of side effects certain pharmaceutical drugs can cause.

How is CBD made?

The CBD oil production process starts with the careful selection of hemp plant genetics. Our Farmer look for 100% legal hemp strains that are proven to produce high levels (99%) of beneficial cannabinoids. A good hemp strain is rich in cannabinoids like CBD, and low in THC, this keeps not only the product legal but prevents it from producing unwanted intoxicating effects. Once the Hemp plant is grown and mature it is then harvested and extracted by using the C02 method, this is known as the ‘gold-standard’ method of extraction. CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) extraction is a process that involves using cutting-edge industrial equipment to remove the required cannabinoids from raw plant matter. First, the plant material is compressed at a low temperature. Then supercritical CO2 is passed through it. Supercritical CO2 is held at a temperature and pressure above its standard ‘critical’ state; this means that it becomes a liquid and acts as a solvent. This method can be used to remove nearly all traces of THC. When done correctly, it can create a product that is as close to 0% THC as possible. After extracting the CBD oil via the Co2 method from the cannabis plant it is then diluting it with a carrier oil like coconut or hemp seed oil. It is then bottled and sent straight from us to you.

CBD Oils

CBD Tinctures are the industry standard and is used by pretty much every CBD company. But not all CBD Oils are created equal, some companies use fillers like CBD leaf or use other lower quality extraction methods that do not utilize and extract all of the medicinal properties & benefits of a full spectrum CBD oil. Which means most customers wouldn’t get the full benefits of CBD oil from a supplier who prioritizes profit over quality. That is where we differ. We are committed to providing not only the best full spectrum product in the market, but we prioritize quality and quality control above all else. This is to ensure that our customers have the best results possible for any ailments they require CBD oil for. Our CBD oils are quite versatile, as you can cook with them, take them sublingually, or even apply them to the skin. By taking CBD oils under the tongue, you allow the CBD to reach all parts of your body, providing the entire endocannabinoid system with a boost. They are pretty easy to take and allow you to tailor the serving to your needs.

CBD Topicals

Topicals are CBD products that you apply directly to the skin. These include creams and balms. When you apply CBD in this way, it penetrates the layers of skin and reaches specific endocannabinoid receptors in localized areas. This makes topical’s ideal for athletes and people hurting physically, as the soothing CBD cream can be applied. CBD creams may help to rejuvenate the skin and give you that calming glow you've always hoped for, so they are ideal for people interested in skin care. If you’re looking to trigger the whole of the endocannabinoid system with CBD, then topical’s are not the way to go. These only provide localized presence.

The CBD industry is currently booming, and the market is flooded with a wave of different products. Those who have little knowledge of CBD may be overwhelmed, which is understandable, as you can purchase everything from oils and skin formulas to tablets and lotions. When it comes to CBD oil, it is fair to say they're not all created equal. However, you do not need to risk your hard-earned money on a product that isn't right for you, so it's best to get informed. Luckily, we have all the knowledge you need to help you choose your perfect CBD oil. CBD oil products come in a range of concentrations, meaning some contain higher doses of cannabidiol than others do. In short, the higher the concentration, the more potent the effect. It is vital to find the right strength when you are taking CBD. While CBD is non-toxic, non-addictive, and is safe, it is still important to make sure you are taking the right serving for you. When introducing any new supplement to your body start with a lower dosage to determine your tolerance. Although CBD is natural medicinal supplement your health should always be of the upmost importance. Despite the fact that CBD is safe and you cannot take too much, to where it really affects you, it does have a few side effects sometimes. These are nothing to worry about – they are quite minor and do not affect everybody. Side effects of CBD mostly include dizziness, headaches, and diarrhoea, but these will likely fade within an hour or two if you ever experience them at all. Nevertheless, because there are a few side effects, it is important to be careful. Experts all recommend starting out with an extremely low serving of CBD. If you experience no negative effects, but also are not feeling any better, then you can increase the serving. Do this slowly until you find a supply that works for you, and then you can stop. When it comes to dosing CBD, oils make it easier to tailor the serving to you. You can easily increase or decrease the amount you take by a small amount, making it easier to find your minimum effective supply. Furthermore, there is a higher number of CBD oils available on the market, giving you more options in terms of potencies. For this reason, we recommend that beginners start out with a CBD oil while they experiment with serving size. Once you know what strength of CBD oil you need, you can switch to other products that are available in the right one for you.
